(New York, NY) — New revelations about the surgery that caused the death of comedienne Joan Rivers continue to emerge from a New York City clinic. CNN is reporting that a staffer at Yorkville Endoscopy saw the doctor who performed a biopsy on Rivers take a selfie with the unconscious star. The doctor then performed the operation that lead to complications that caused Rivers to stop breathing. The 81-year-old was kept in medically-induced coma for several days, but never recovered and died on September 4th.
