Aaron Hernandez had a small victory in court today, the Judge barred prsecutors from using evidence taken off of an Iphone 5, Blackberry Bold, Ipad and 2 Ipad Minis in the initial 2013 murder investigation at his house.
Judge Garsh said, “operated under the misimpression that the Search Warrant authorized the seizure of GPS devices they seized the cell phones and tablets from Hernandez’s residence”.

The state tropper Michael Cherven originally wrote an affidavit regarding the warrant stating that they were specially looking for the GPS devices and survellance and anything that included electronic data.
Aaron Hernandez is still being charged in 2 separate murders and still behind bars awaiting trial.
