(HOUSTON) – A Houston police officer was arrested on drug-related charges Wednesday.
Jasmine Bonner, 26, is charged with possession of a controlled substance.
The Houston Police Department said Thursday that Bonner has been relieved of duty pending the outcome of an internal affairs investigation into the charges.
Bonner, who has been with the department since Dec. 2011, was assigned to the juvenile division.
