Imagine a “Purge” in our city?! For those who haven’t seen the movie,”The Purge” is about a day where people are allowed to commit any crime they want because emergency services are suspended. That’s right, no one is coming to save you! MAN HOLD UP! Well, police near Houston are investigating reports of a planned night of chaos based on the movie “The Purge.” Social media posts are threatening a “Purge night” on August 29th. Montgomery County Sheriff’s deputies tell KHOU-TV the report is probably a hoax like one last week in Kentucky, but they are following all leads.
