(Undated)  —  A retired Canadian cop is developing a breathalyzer that will detect marijuana.  The “Cannabix Breathalyzer” would be able to instantly determine if an individual had smoked pot in the last two hours.  Experts say there’s only one problem.  Marijuana can stay in a person’s system for days after they have smoked, which means a positive result on the breathalyzer doesn’t necessarily indicate a person was high while driving.
