(HOUSTON) — A jury has sentenced two bartenders convicted of overserving a customer.

The jury convicted bartenders Leah Bailey and Kelly Tracy of the misdemeanor charge Monday.

Wednesday, the jury sentenced both to one year probation. They will also have to pay a fine and perform community service.

Juan Diaz was drinking at “My Bar” in northwest Harris County. He left the bar, stumbled into traffic and was hit by a car, killing him.

Neither woman will be allowed to work as a bartender again.
