A woman helping a friend find the keys that she accidentally threw out of a window is hit by a car and killed.
Cheryl Jefferson, 54, was looking for the keys along the South Sam Houston Parkway feeder road and Almeda Genoa when she was hit. Her cousin talked to KHOU 11.
