(Avon, CO) — Buying marijuana in Avon, Colorado is getting a lot easier. According to Denver’s KDVR-TV, on Friday Colorado’s first marijuana vending machine was delivered to Montana’s Smokehouse barbecue. Called the “Zazz,” the machine will deliver edible marijuana treats from a local marijuana dispensary. Those hoping to cut out the middle man when getting their marijuana will have to have a valid medical marijuana card as well as an ID card so that the machine can verify their identity. The developer of the Zazz, Stephen Shearin, says the machine is a “great starting point” for the future of Colorado’s legal marijuana industry.
