(HOUSTON, TX)–An Alief ISD tutor is scheduled to appear in court today on charges that he was masturbating in class.
18-year-old Richard Lee Young the third is charged with indecency with a child. The alleged incident happened in February in a classroom at Alief Taylor High School. Police say several children — mostly high school freshmen — were present when Young was pleasuring himself.
