Osvaldo Fernandez-Aguilar is charged with capital murder
A pregnant woman strangled to death, a thousand dollars stolen from the cash register, and now the number one suspect is back in Houston and in custody.
KHOU 11 is reporting that Osvaldo Fernandez Aguilar was captured in Cancun, Mexico and will be charged with capital murder for the death of Maria Lucrecia at a Houston strip club in March.
