The Benefits Of Pilates

I studied Pilates intensively for three years while in grad school and it was this experience alone that inspired me to develop my current personal training philosophy. Like most, I love Pilates because it can be easily modified to accommodate any injury, imbalance or weak area of the body all while creating a long lean and strong physique.
