Kanye West and Jimmy Kimmel will have a chance to put an end to their apparent feud tonight.  In a Twitter post Tuesday, Jimmy announced he would host the controversial emcee on his “Jimmy Kimmel Live” Wednesday.  Kimmel also preempted questions about his announcement, adding that Kanye’s appearance is “for real.”  He also denied that his feud with Kanye was “all a setup” to promote the show.  “Jimmy Kimmel Live” airs weeknights at 11:35 p.m. Eastern on ABC.

Last month, Kanye West took to Twitter and lashed out at Jimmy over a parody of an interview Kanye did with the BBC.  The spoof featured a child actor reading quotations from the interview.
