Fat Joe turned himself in to authorities Monday afternoon to begin a four-month prison sentence for tax evasion.
The rapper, born Joseph Cartagena, reported to the Federal Detention Center in Miami, according to TMZ. He pleaded guilty in December to evading taxes in the tune of $1 million in 2007 and 2008.
In addition to his four months, he will also pay a $15,000 fine, plus serve one year on supervised release.
