Paula Deen emerges from court victorious Monday afternoon after a judge threw out a racially-charged lawsuit brought against the former cable TV chef and restaurant owner.
According to TMZ, the judge says plaintiff Lisa Jackson has no right to claim racial discrimination because she is, in fact, a white woman:
Jackson made a tenuous argument that someone in her family was bi-racial — something that may not be true at all. But the judge said even if it were true, she was at best an “accidental victim.”
Jackson also claimed sexual discrimination.
