A tip from the Harris County Sheriff Department‘s smart phone app leads to the discovery of a marijuana grow house in Northwest Harris County. Deputies found 13 marijuana plants and “grow lab” equipment. Two people were arrested. Sheriff’s spokesman Alan Bernstein says this is a great example of how they envisioned people using their “I watch Harris County” free phone app.
Maurice Jackson, who lives at the home, was one of two people arrested.
