When The Bad Boys, Slick & Doug E. Fresh pinched the theme song to “Inspector Gadget” to make rap songs in the ’80s, who knew that we would take it this far.  Dipset founder Cam’ron is no stranger to riding out on TV jingles having rapped over the theme to “Night Court” (“Horse & Carriage” Remix) and “Magnum P.I” (“357″) early in his career. So it wasn’t that surprising to find out that his new single, “Golden Friends” (produced by Toronto beatsmith KinSmuv) samples the Cynthia Fee remake of Andrew Gold’s “Thank You For Being a Friend,” used for the theme song to ’80s sitcom “Golden Girls.”
