Lil Scrappy has been released from jail after turning himself in to the DeKalb County Jail yesterday.
As we reported yesterday, Scrappy turned himself in after a warrant was issued for his arrest over an alleged probation violation stemming from a drug test. He’s on probation for a marijuana arrest in 2008. The Love & Hip Hop Atlanta star allegedly refusal to submit to another drug test after a urine sample he submitted in March was cold and may have been tampered with.

However, the ATL rapper told TMZ the arrest warrant wasn’t valid because he never submitted a bad urine sample in the first place.
Scrappy was released from jail today after a judge granted his lawyer’s motion to recall the warrant. A hearing is set for May 16 to work out the details.
