Ex-porn star Jenna Jameson is facing battery charges after she allegedly beat her transgender assistant Britney Markham last Saturday with a brass knuckles iPhone 5 case.
Jameson, 38, refutes the charges, according to CNN International, claiming on Twitter she was robbed by a friend who “broke into my home and took everything.” That tweet has since been removed.
Legal documents show Jameson stormed into a Newport Beach salon and began fighting with Markham before beating her in the stomach and back with the phone case, TMZ reports. Markham claimed in the documents, filed by attorney Adam Krolikowski, that she also threatened to kill her.
Brass knuckles are illegal in California, and could carry felony charges if convicted in their use.
