(Mount Holly, NJ) — Two New Jersey men are suing Subway because of claims the chain’s foot-long sandwiches are only eleven inches. John Farley and Charles Noah Pendrack are seeking compensatory damages and a change inSubway’s practices. Their attorney says they went to 17 Subways, measured foot-longs and found every one of them came up short. They are also seeking class action status. The issue went viral last week when a man posted a picture on Facebook of a sandwich alongside a ruler.
