(Roseville, CA)  —  A 15-year-old girl is accused of drugging her parents with the help of her 16-year-old friend so that they could use the Internet.  The 15-year-old allegedly told police her parents’ Internet policy was too strict.  Police say she offered to pick up milkshakes for her parents and spiked it with prescription sleep medication.  The parents were knocked out, but they suspected something was up when they woke up.  The “Sacramento Bee” reports that the parents bought a drug kit for themselves and notified police when they tested positive.  The two girls were arrested and booked into juvenile hall.
