This trio had the entire world at their feet in 2012, so it’s no surprise that Rihanna, Drake and Frank Ocean made ‘Forbes 30 Under 30‘ list this year.

To promote her new album, Unapologetic, Rihanna set off on an ambitious globetrotting “777″ tour that hit seven countries in seven days and also spread the word about her latest fragrance, and held down endorsement deals with Vita Coco and Nivea.

Drake raked in $20 million thanks in part to his Club Paradise tour earlier this year, and business deals with Sprite and Kodak.

After disclosing his sexuality earlier in the year, R&B crooner snagged six Grammy nominations for his Channel Orange debut and proved that he is the breakout star of his Odd Future music crew.
