(Burbank, CA)  —  It appears many residents in Burbank, California, prefer their maids to be fully clothed.  KTLA.com reports city officials have received a number of complaints about a pink van driving around town advertising “Topless Maids” for 99-dollars.  The van also has a phone number plastered on the side, with the last four digits spelling out the word “Huge.”  Some citizens say the moving billboard is offensive and degrading to women, but others say it’s protected under freedom of speech laws because it doesn’t have any offensive language or hate messages.  City spokesman Drew Sugars says the City Council has directed staff to look into the van’s activities and determine if the Burbank laws need to be strengthened.
