(Undated) — A candidate for president in Mexico is floating a novel get-out-the-vote strategy. Ruling party candidate Josefina Vazquez Mota suggests that women should give their partners “double hanky panky” if they vote. The “El Universal” newspaper in Mexico City reported Mota’s statement. She made the remark at a campaign event. Mota has also suggested the women institute a one-month moratorium on nooky if partners don’t go to the polls.
