(Shawnee, KS) — A diamond turns up in a Salvation Army kettle. Officials say the generous donation was made outside a Walmart in Shawnee, Kansas. The one-carat diamond was found wadded in a piece of paper and almost thrown away. The Salvation Army is now looking for someone to appraise the diamond to determine its worth.
