By Carolyn Campbell — During the next big storm, the city of Houston’s Office of Emergency Management wants you to use your cell phone to do more than make calls.
Houston’s office of emergency management is the first local agency of its kind in the country to launch a mobile Web site designed to reach out and touch you on your smart phone or tablet. The address for the mobile site is m.houstonoem.net.
