(Chestertown, MD)  —  Frosty the Snowman probably isn’t a very jolly, happy soul anymore after being taken into police custody this weekend.  According to the “Cecil Whig” newspaper, Kevin Michael Walsh was arrested Saturday morning while dressed as the famous holiday character for the annual Christmas parade in Chestertown, Maryland.  Police say Walsh kicked at a police dog that was part of traffic control for the event and then “got heated” after he was escorted away.  The incident allegedly involved the suspect pushing one officer and hitting another with the head portion of his costume.  Walsh, who was already on probation, is now facing charges of assault and disorderly conduct.
