Drug charges seemed to have had an aphrodisiacal effect on one couple in Texas. The “Montgomery County Police Reporter” says Tina Marie Arie and Howard Keith Windham were spotted getting intimate in the back of a cop car following their arrest this week. It all started when police were called to a Whataburger on Monday afternoon following reports that an intoxicated man had passed out. Authorities arrived to find Windham and Arie with the man and in possession of Hydrocodone and Soma pills. While the unconscious man was taken to the hospital, Windham and Arie were arrested on drug charges.
The arrest apparently wasn’t enough to end Windham and Arie’s good time, as the officer driving the squad car soon noticed Arie’s head in Windham’s lap. He pulled over and discovered that despite being handcuffed, Windham’s pants were unfastened. The officer ordered them to stop the sexual contact, but no further charges were filed.
