(Undated) — It may soon be 20 kids and counting for reality TV’s Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar. The Arkansas couple are expecting another child this spring. Forty-five-year-old Michelle Duggar says the entire family is very excited about the latest pregnancy, which will require her first scheduled Cesarean section. The Duggars are parents to 19 children ranging in age from 23-year-old twins Joshua and Anna, to two-year-old Josie. The Duggars star in TLC’s “19 Kids and Counting,” which is now wrapping up its fifth season.
