Amid growing public health concerns, a recall of 36-million pounds of fresh and frozen ground turkey products is underway. The recall is being conducted by Cargill Value Added Meats Retail after reports of salmonella contamination. The recall involves products made at the company’s facility in Springdale, Arkansas from February 20th through August 2nd this year.
