CLEVELAND — The jury has reached a verdict in the trial of a Cleveland man accused of killing 11 women and hiding their remains in his house and backyard. The verdict is expected to be read later Friday afternoon.

Fifty-one-year-old Anthony Sowell has pleaded not guilty to killing the women. He faces the death penalty if convicted. During the trial, jurors heard testimony from women who claimed they were raped and attacked by Sowell and watched a video of police interrogating him after the bodies were found.
