HOUSTON — Red-light cameras in Houston were turned back on Wednesday while the city fights the company that owns them.
Houston Mayor Annise Parker said tickets would be issued again after a short period of equipment testing.
Tickets issued for traffic violations captured by red-light cameras at dozens of Houston intersections ceased after 53 percent voted against Proposition 3 in the Nov. 2 election.
