Class of 2005 today is your day. Here are some of the highlights of 2005: President George W. Bush was sworn in January 20th for his second term. The Gulf Coast was devastated by Hurricane Katrina. The Chicago White Sox won the World Series for the first time in 88 years. Gas prices soared to $3.07 and one of my favorite shows “The Boondocks” debuts on Cartoon network.
