(Kansas City, MO)  —  A flying frank lawsuit is in the courts of Missouri.  John Coomer claims he was seriously hurt when a hot dog tossed by the  Kansas City Royals mascot “Sluggerrr” hit him in the eye.  “Sluggerrr” is accused of flipping the wrapped frank behind his back into the crowd at a Royals game in 2009 and Croomer says his retina was detached when he was hit.  The case is now in court with Croomer asking for thousands-of-dollars in damages.
