Ana Perez, 40, placed a call to 911 Sunday night (January 2) claiming her boyfriend was attacking her.
When police arrived they were dumbfounded when they discovered that the real reason Perez had called them was to frighten her boyfriend into marrying her.
Police didn’t take the matter lightly, and charged Perez with disorderly conduct.
According to police, the boyfriend was in the process of breaking up with Perez and this was her last ditch effort to salvage their relationship.
