Police rescued 69 child prostitutes as part of a three-day nationwide crackdown on the sexual exploitation of children.
Over 800 sususpects have been arrested including 99 pimps. However this is only a small dent as experts say more than 230,000 U.S. kids are at risk of being exploited as ex slaves.
