A farmer is China is now the proud owner of a record-breaking vegetable. “The Sun” is reporting that Akele Hi recently grew a five-foot, seven-inch cucumber. The cucumber — which weighs 154 pounds — shattered the previous record of three-feet, five-inches. Hi says he didn’t do anything special other than water the plants and add a little horse manure. He states, quote, “All the other cucumbers from the same packet grew to a normal size. But right in the middle of them this monster wouldn’t stop growing.”
