A restaurant in Avalon, Pennsylvania has caused a stir with one of the items on their menu. WPXI.com is reporting that several people have criticized Big Shot Bob’s House of Wings for calling one of their many flavors of wings “Black on Black Crime.” The restaurant’s owner, Matt Cerceone, says he never intended to offend anyone, noting that it was actually a loyal, African-American customer who came up with the name. Cerceone adds, quote, “If I had any idea this would happen, it wouldn’t have gotten on our menu.” Cerceone has since rectified the problem by letting the woman who first complained rename the flavor. “Black on Black Crime” now appears on the menu as “Big Fine Woman 2000.”
