While some settle for the more subtle, there are chosen few who take diamonds and platinum over the top.

Slick Rick is nothing short of a trendsetter for his ongoing saga of neck pieces, from a Libra scale to Ying-Yangs and pyramids.
While it’s safe to say he inspired the $300,000 Horus chain we’ve seen Kanye toting around lately, Rick’s chains are still over the top.
-Gucci Mane
Gucci Mane is a repeat offender when it comes to ridiculous chains.
From an iced out cooking whisk to an igloo, Gucci always seems to take things a little over the top .

Although technically not a rapper (Or is he?), this reggae star’s Crayola box chain is nothing short of ridiculous. The chain worth an estimated $500,000 was stolen in the mail in 2008 but unfortunately was returned.
Damn.
O.J. Da Juiceman-
O.J. Da Juiceman’s orange man chain is completely asinine.

While Noreaga’s chain collection isn’t too ridiculous, one piece that stands out is his Newport cigarette pack chain.
The rapper spent a grip to have this custom pack of “Noreports” made exclusively for him.
In a previous interview with HipHopWired however, he did admit that the chain was ignorant.
