Kanye West Copyright Lawsuit
Rapper Vince P has filed a lawsuit regarding copyright issues for Ye’s song “Stronger,” off his multi-platinum selling album“Graduation.”
“We’re suing Kanye West for copyright infringement for his song “Stronger.” It’s been out for a minute and you may have your opinion, but when it comes down to it there are too many similarities and he already has a history of borrowing from other artists. So right now we’re just trying to get our money from Kanye.”
Vince P has also brought Chicago rapper “Payroll” into the mix and has decided to help him pursue his legal quest to sue Kanye as well.
“Payroll actually reached out to us and with Payroll, he wasn’t in the position where I am at right now. In Payroll’s case he had the song copy-written but because he didn’t have the funds to get a lawyer he got taken advantage of.”
