Snoop Dogg was one of several people to pay tribute to Michael Jackson Sunday on what would’ve been the King of Pop’s 52ndbirthday.

The California emcee took the stage at Spike Lee’s annual “Brooklyn Loves Michael Jackson” event in Prospect Park.
While there, the rapper donned a glittery glove and performed his take on MJ’s “Butterflies” and various other tracks.

He tells the NYDailyNews,

“Right now it’s about Michael Jackson, us celebrating and keeping his spirit alive.”
