The first person willing to flash the President of the United States stands to make a lot of money. The “Daily Telegraph” is reporting that billionaire Alki David is offering one-million dollars to the first person who streaks in front of President Barack Obama. There is one catch, however, as the individual must video tape the stunt and have David’s new website, Battlecam.com, written on their stomach. The Nigerian-born businessman says his offer is all in “good fun” explaining, quote, “I find most Americans are able to laugh at themselves. It is not as if there are any negative intentions. It is just a silly, outrageous prank which is not going to hurt anyone.”
