A Facebook posting has led to criminal charges for one Florida mother. The “Palm Beach Post” is reporting that Rachel Stieringer was arrested after she posted a photo of her baby with a bong on the social networking site. The 19-year-old Keystone Heights resident told authorities the picture was a joke, but she was still charged with one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. The baby tested negative for drugs. Prosecutors say they can’t charge Stieringer with child abuse because her child wasn’t exposed to any drugs. The baby’s grandparents are now caring for the child.
