How To Enter: Register for a chance to win from Monday, February 20, 2023 through Friday, March 31, 2023 by visiting participating Boost Mobile location in the Greater Houston area in person and scanning the QR code that will displayed inside the store. Upon scanning the QR code, entrants will be taken to an Online Entry Form that must be completed by providing their name, address and other information as requested on the Online Entry Form to be eligible.
All eligible completed Online Entry Forms shall be included in the grand prize drawing.
