(Sioux Falls, SD) — A South Dakota McDonald’s worker has filed suit against the local franchise operators, alleging sexual harassment. The worker says she was approached by a manager at the Sioux Falls restaurant about participating in the so-called “swinger” lifestyle with the manager and her husband. The alleged victim also says the woman’s husband wrote her a letter inviting her to participate. She was eventually was transferred to a different location but says she was harassed there as well.
