R&B songstress Christina Milian recently settled a lawsuit that alleged her dog attacked a man three years ago.

Last week, the actress/singer forked over $55,000 to a neighbor who claims that he was viciously attacked by Milian’s hound in 2008.

Leo Skolion, 81, who waited nearly two years after the incident to file the suit against Milian, claims the singer let her dog leave her property to run wild, resulting in the dog attacking him and taking “a huge chunk” out of the back of his arm.

Skolion received 19 stitches for the wound.

Milian, along with her mother and her sister were named in the suit which sought undisclosed damages.
