FUN and FITNESS are back in a big way for families as KMJQ-FM Majic 102.1, KROI-FM Boom 92, and KBXX-FM 97.9 The Box invite the city of Houston to HOUSTON FIT FAMILY FEST. This one-day event uses the power of radio to highlight the importance of health and wellness for families. Join us on Saturday, April 25^th 2015 at 10 a.m. at Minute Maid Park, 501 Crawford Street Houston, TX 77002.

Houston Fit Family Fest provides an exhilarating twist by combining a health fair and field day together, providing something exciting for every member of the family to enjoy. Guests can compete head-to-head in the inflatable Adrenaline Rush obstacle courses, dash through the Bungee Run challenge, rise up to the Extreme Rock Wall, or zap Mom and Dad in Gladiator Lazer Tag! Attendees will be able to take photos with guest Celebrities and popular children television characters. Houston Fit Family Fest invites members of all ages to get physically active by grooving into “Club Fit” as Houston’s top trainers host LIVE fitness demos such as Zumba, Line Dance, Cross-Fit, Yoga, and Boxing. Attendees can also receive personal health screenings from Houston’s top health care professionals, such as: Aids & HIV testing, mammogram and prostate exams, athletic physicals, weight loss consultations and an array of other vital health evaluations. Life skills education will also be offered from business professionals on how to become physically, financially, and spiritually FIT. To top off this exciting day, there will be live performances by musical favorites: Dej Loaf, B.o.B., Teyana Taylor, Omarion, SWV, Kurtis Blow, and Kid N Play.
