Tracee Ellis Ross graces the September 2011 issue of Essence magazine. Ross who is returning to the small screen with a new sitcom on BET titled “Reed Between the Lines,” sat down with the mag to talk about her new leading role with co-star Malcolm-Jamal Warner, dished on her personal transformation during her hit show “Girlfriends,” and shares her love for all things fashion.
Here is what she had to share about her personal transformation on ‘Girlfriends’:
“I had become a woman, but it wasn’t until three or four years later that I really began to embody who I had become.”
