R. Kelly‘s salacious history with underage girls has been documented for nearly two decades now. In a new BBC3 documentary, a former girlfriend alleges that he boasted to her once during their relationship that he’d train an underage girl to be his “sex pet.”

The Guardian reports that Kitti Jones, the woman who first alleged that Kelly had a “sex cult,” was with Kelly when he participated in more instances of sexual, physical and psychological abuse.

Jones said that Kelly, “introduced to one of the girls, that he told me he ‘trained’ since she was 14, those were his words. I saw that she was dressed like me, that she was saying the things I’d say and her mannerisms were like mine. That’s when it clicked in my head that he had been grooming me to become one of his pets. He calls them his pets.”

Although authorities found no evidence of the existence of the sex dungeon, the women say Kelly was abusive and manipulative while maintaining that they were afraid to leave him. Kelly has not responded to The Guardian and has often maintained his innocence in these cases.
