Last week, Mollie the dog thought that she was just left behind by her best friend and she didn’t know why. Mollie learned why and what happened when she was allowed to visit her human on his deathbed to tell him bye.
Ryan Jessen, was suffering from what he thought was a migraine, but it turned out to be a brain hemorrhage instead.

Unfortunately, by the time Ryan was taken to the hospital, the Doctors said that it was too late and they could not save his life.
The only thing left to do was to have his family and his friends come and say their “goodbyes” to the 33-year old, but it was then that his sister realized that someone was missing, Mollie.
Ryan’s sister, Michelle Jessen worked with the hospital and let them know how much Mollie and Ryan meant to each other and the hospital allowed for Mollie to come for a visit to her best friend.

“The hospital did the sweetest thing for us and allowed us to bring my brother’s dog in to “say goodbye” so she’d know why her human never came home. If you knew my brother, he really loved his sweet dog. (So many people have asked – He thought he had a migraine, but it was a ventricular brain hemorrhage. They think it was brought on by high blood pressure, and there’s speculation that his frequent consumption of energy drinks may have contributed. THANK YOU to everybody for the outpouring of support, but I won’t be responding anymore. We are sincerely touched and humbled by others’ stories, their sharing in our sadness and the kindness of so many people. Don’t worry about the dog! We’re keeping her!!! She’s part of the family.)”

With over twelve million views, Mollie got to see what happened to her human and say her goodbyes to him too.
