It’s the day after election day and Californians voted to approve their Proposition 64 to legalize the use of marijuana.
This approval tops Colorado and becomes the largest market for marijuana in the United States.
“We are very excited that citizens of California voted to end the failed policy of marijuana prohibition,” said Nate Bradley, executive director of the California Cannabis Industry Assn. “Proposition 64 will allow California to take its rightful place as the center of cannabis innovation, research and development.”
Just six years ago, Californians voted against the Prop. and now here they are… legalized.
Prop. 64 is for the Californians who are 21 years or older to possess, transport, buy and use, but only up to an ounce of cannabis for recreational usage. This Prop also allows for a person to grow as many as six plants too.
This Prop. 64 made smashing hit on social media too.

We just legalized marijuana in Cali. 🍁💨

I’m going to find the gophers and smoke a lot of pot and go into the Xanax Smoothie food truck business.
